The Vitality Intake Visit: All care begins with this extensive, two-part consultation with Dr. Saint. This process utilizes mind-body phenotyping, your history, and extensive hormone and metabolic questionnaires to map your current health, define your longevity goals, and determine the right starting point for your care, whether you're addressing metabolic, hormone, or longevity goals and symptoms. Ongoing treatment with Dr. Saint begins after this visit in the form of a care pathway if both parties feel it is the right fit.

Clinical Overview & Starting Point: A personalized roadmap developed between visits outlining where to begin addressing your metabolic, hormone, and longevity goals.

Do you take insurance?
Insurance can be used for labs, medications and ultrasounds and other referral services. To provide the highest quality care without the mandated delays and restrictions of traditional insurance, Vitality MD operates as a Direct Patient Care practice. This allows Dr. Saint to spend significant time with you and offer personalized protocols guided by your needs, not a corporate policy. You will always know the cost of your care upfront. VitalityMD does not bill insurance companies directly, nor do we submit authorizations for insurance coverage of medications. However, we can happily provide you with an itemized Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider. Depending on your specific plan and coverage, you may be eligible for out-of-network physician reimbursement. We also provide receipts for FSA/HSA or can use FSA/HSA payments. Pro Tip: We recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card and asking about your "out-of-network outpatient specialist" benefits so you know exactly what to expect.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
HSA and FSA funds may be used for eligible services, and superbills are available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Extensive biomarkers are included in the price of the Vitality Intake Visit. For additional specialty labs or medications, patients may use insurance benefits when available or choose transparent cash-pay rates.
Is this primary care?
Vitality MD is a specialty women’s health practice. Most patients keep a primary care physician for routine and urgent needs.
Do you offer concierge care?
Yes. Concierge care is available by application or invite only.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans are available for our programs. Options are shown at checkout or can be arranged through our team upon request.
How do I begin?
Every partnership at Vitality MD begins with a two-part physician-led Intake Visit with Dr. Saint. This is deep medicine for the discerning patient tired of rushed visits. What is Vitality Program care?
Once your roadmap is established, you move into Program Care. This is our ongoing partnership that provides the consistent medical oversight, prescription management, and clinical adjustments needed to ensure your results last.
What if I need specialty testing?
If specialty functional testing is recommended beyond the initial panel, we will discuss those options and costs with you in advance. You always have the option of trying to use your insurance for these additional tests if needed.
Do you prescribe supplements?
As a holistic, integrative practice, targeted supplementations and lifestyle are often a key part of your care. Dr. Saint will make personalized recommendations for those who are continuing patients working with Dr. Saint, and you can purchase supplements at any location of your choice.

Our serene, modern Spanish-style office is located inside Newport Beach Dermatology and Plastic Surgery in the historic Ortega Cottages of San Juan Capistrano. Address: 27512 Calle Arroyo, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675. Parking: We have an easy-to-access lot with free, reserved parking.
What state do you see patients in?
At this time, Vitality MD sees patients in California only. For telehealth visits, you must be physically located in California at the time of your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We reserve significant time for each patient. We ask for at least 24 ideally 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
What if I have urgent symptoms?
Vitality MD is not an emergency service. If you have urgent or severe symptoms, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
