A 3-Month Hormone Balancing Program

Hormone care works best when it is structured, monitored, and supported over time.

Care begins with a Vitality Clarity Consult, where your medical history, symptoms, and hormone labs are reviewed in depth. This visit is designed to identify patterns, answer questions, and clarify next steps. Based on this interpretation, the Vitality Hormone Optimization Program may be recommended.

This 3-month program is designed to meet women wherever they are in their hormone journey.

Some women enter already on hormone therapy but are not experiencing the relief they hoped for, or are dealing with side effects that make it difficult to know what is helping. Others are earlier in the process, noticing changes in sleep, mood, energy, focus, or cycles and wanting to restore balance before symptoms become more disruptive.
