Care begins with a Vitality Clarity Consult, where your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle patterns, and metabolic and relevant hormone labs are reviewed in depth. This visit is designed to identify underlying drivers, answer questions, and clarify next steps. Based on this interpretation, the Vitality Metabolic Optimization and Medical Weight Management Program may be recommended.
This 3-month program is designed to meet women wherever they are in their metabolic journey.
Some women enter already using Weight Management medications but are unsure if dosing is optimal, experiencing side effects, or unclear how to move into maintenance or microdosing. Others are earlier in the process, noticing weight gain, increased appetite, food noise, fatigue, or metabolic resistance and wanting a medically supervised approach from the start.
This program also supports women who are postpartum or preparing for pregnancy and seeking to optimize metabolic health as part of overall wellness and future planning.
