Every partnership at VitalityMD begins with an extensive one-hour Integrative Intake designed to create absolute clarity around your hormone, metabolic, and nervous system challenges and your peak performance goals. This foundational visit is the start of your care. Dr. Saint utilizes mind body phenotyping and hormonal expertise to identify the specific patterns behind your energy shifts and lifestyle nervous system physiology. This deep dive allows us to curate your personalized order for advanced hormone, metabolic, and longevity biomarker testing, which can be run through insurance or at a direct lab discounted rate.

From there, your individualized plan established after the follow-up synthesis visit, and is built on precise data and a clear synthesis of your unique physiology, mind body type, and hormonal patterns. Your care may include prescription hormones, weight and metabolic prescriptions, and/or peak performance supplements and mindfulness tools, all tailored specifically to you. We partner with you every step of the way to ensure your treatment is data-driven, so you can show up fully for the people you care for and enjoy your best years yet to come.

The Intake (60 Minutes)

In Person. An in depth consultation to map health challenges and identify patterns across hormones, metabolism, sleep, and stress. (Virtual option for CA residents if needed)

• Pre Visit Review: Dr. Saint personally reviews your history before you arrive. Please submit all forms 48-72 hours in advance to ensure a high impact session.

• Mind Body Phenotyping: We identify the underlying type driving your symptoms and assess body composition.

• Precision Diagnostics: Dr. Saint curates a specialized plan evaluating biomarkers if desired orderable through insurance or direct pay.
