Vitality MD offers a sophisticated alternative to automated telehealth platforms and subscription mills. This is not a rushed 20 minute check up or care led by health coaches. Leveraging over 20 years of medical wisdom, each intake represents 4 hours of dedicated clinical focus. This pathway is designed for the proactive woman who knows her longevity is essential for herself and those she supports.

Part I: The Intake (60 Minutes)

In Person. An in depth consultation to map health challenges and identify patterns across hormones, metabolism, sleep, and stress.

  • Pre Visit Review: Dr. Saint personally reviews your history before you arrive. Submit all forms 72 hours in advance to ensure a high impact session.

  • Mind Body Phenotyping: We identify the underlying type driving your symptoms and assess body composition.

  • Precision Diagnostics: Dr. Saint curates a specialized plan evaluating biomarkers orderable through insurance or direct pay.

Part II: The Synthesis (60 Minutes)

In Person. Dr. Saint translates your data into a clear, individualized blueprint.

  • Clinical Synthesis: A deep dive into lab results, translating complex data into a clear narrative regarding your health and priorities.

  • The Strategic Roadmap: A high level snapshot of your current cardiometabolic, hormonal, and longevity health.

  • Absolute Clarity: This visit defines your health landscape and provides a clear starting point for those continuing into ongoing personalized care.
