Part I: The Intake (60 Minutes)

In Person This is an in depth clinical consultation where we map your health challenges and identify meaningful patterns across your hormones, metabolism, sleep, and stress physiology.

• Comprehensive Pre Visit Review: Before you arrive, Dr. Saint personally reviews your health history and uploaded documents. To allow for this thorough preparation, we kindly request all documents be shared at least 72 hours in advance so your session is high impact from minute one.

• Mind Body Phenotyping: We identify the underlying type driving your symptoms and check body composition if desired.

• Precision Diagnostics: Dr. Saint curates a specialized plan evaluating 70+ biomarkers if you are interested. These can be ordered utilizing your insurance or at a specialized direct lab pay rate. You may also bring recent labs for clinical review.

In Person During your second visit, Dr. Saint translates your data into a clear, individualized blueprint.
